Finnick didn't want to open his eyes, but he heard a voice calling him back to consciousness. He opened them slowly, putting his hand up in front of his face to block the sun, which was much brighter than when he had fallen asleep. He could dimly make out someone standing in front of him a few feet away, but with the painful glare making it impossible to open his eyes all the way he couldn't make out who it was. He didn't recognize the voice, though.
He started to sit up, then realized with a start that he was naked. He grabbed his pants and held them in front of him, covering the most important bits.
Waking up naked in front of a stranger. Yeah, that was pretty much the way things were going for him lately.
"I...um...yeah." He said while standing up, still holding his pants in front of him. "I'm fine. I just couldn't sleep, so I came out here and took a swim to relax. I guess it worked a little too well and I fell asleep right here." The last part said with a sheepish, lopsided grin.
