There was something to be said about the pleasantly balmy nights. Even though they were in California back home, sometimes the nights got so cold. It was nice to not have to worry about freezing half to death on the way from the camp to Finnick's shelter, but she still smiled and welcomed the arm around her by leaning against him and putting her own arm around his waist as they went.
His question was probably a lot more loaded than he realized, she thought, and she lifted her eyebrows, taking a deep breath. "Tell me about it..." she murmured softly. "It's going to be a long three months..."
She paused for a moment before tilting her head against his arm to look up at him. "Why for you? You're not pregnant, too, are you, Finnick?" she asked playfully.
