Kitty wasn't surprised by the response that she got, and the reply was relatively automatic. "It's okay, I'm in the forgiving mood." She then gave a nod, keeping her eyes up and bracing herself for the fruit that he was going to drop. The girl wasn't exactly an athlete, but it wasn't difficult to catch the mango with both hands. The mutant couldn't help but have the passing thought that they probably needed to see about weaving some baskets....if anybody could figure out how to. It would make gathering fruits, berries, and everything much easier.
Kitty watched as the guy made his way out of the tree, safely, and switched the mango to one hand before shaking his with the other. "Hi, Cam, I'm Kitty, and it's okay." She smiled back. If nothing else, it was leading her toward being more social. As he pulled out the shirt that she was sure that he intended to use to carry the fruit, she bent down to gather several of the mango. "I wouldn't be quite as forgiving if you'd hit me." She teased.
"It'd be easier to carry these in baskets." Kitty shared her previous thoughts. "I just wonder if anybody has any idea how to weave them." Kitty knew it definitely wasn't one of her skills, but baskets would be really useful. "Though, a t-shirt definitely does in a pinch."
