"Yeah? I'll have to check that out. Sounds like a good place to go if you need to clear your head." Private living spaces were good for that as well, but sometimes surrounding yourself with nature made it even more relaxing.
Glancing back down at the baby, Kate grinned at Felicity's words. "Yeah, but if we just scream when we're mad and throw things, it's apparently wrong," she joked. "You will. I think there's some inherent Mom thing that all women have. Kids come around, and it just turns itself on."
Except for Kate. The idea of having a kid was terrifying. She was much better handling them, making them laugh, and then returning them to their parents. Still, seeing Tommy had put an instant smile on her face. The power of babies and children in general was a powerful one.
