Kitty couldn't help but nod in understanding. Sure, she'd been in some places that weren't quite as large and crazy as Chicago and New York, but this was definitely a view that was all it's own. Even being in the UK hadn't given a view quite like this.
"Nice to meet you, Sydney." Kitty changed positions, moving to lean back, hands in the sand. It wasn't hard to listen to the sound of the waves, and the natural elements of the island, not at all. "I don't think you could beat this view." Kitty mused, stretching her legs out, head tilted up to look at the sky.
If she didn't have so much on her mind it'd be so much easier to just let herself go and dive head-first into things. "I know I don't know you, and it might even be rude, but is there a reason you're sitting on the beach star-gazing alone?" Kitty shifted her gaze, head tilting slightly and glancing at her current companion, figuring she did want to make friends and this was...one sort of way of going about it.
