"I don't know," he replied honestly. "Have you given any more thought to having kids?" Because she'd been very clear at the outset and there hadn't been any kind of indication that she'd changed her mind or was even thinking about kids. Phil would have been lying if he said he didn't want to go through this whole process with Darcy. Phil just wasn't sure if pressing her, no matter how gently, was the right way to go. He didn't want to scare her off.
