"There is little like having a child growing inside you," she all but gushed. "I love my son, so very much, but I would very much like to give him siblings. I didn't have brothers or sisters growing up, though my father did remarry and Lady Tremaine had two daughters. Stepsisters are not quite the same, unfortunately." Certainly not how her stepsisters behaved.
"Perhaps when Chayse is a few years older, you will find yourself ready to give her a sibling," Ella replied reassuringly. Of course, there was the option of having a child and giving him or her to Arva, but she guessed that it wasn't a likely option given that Pepper hadn't given Chayse to Arva.
