In spite of himself, Cisco smiled. It was cute, he thought, the way that she rationalized things, because even though they sounded ridiculous from a technological perspective, at least she was trying with what little knowledge of the actual workings she could possibly have.
"Maybe it's something like that here," he conceded, because for all he knew, there was an element of magic to the things.
Cisco took a deep breath and leaned closer to her, holding his arm out again. "Okay, so once you've got it turned on, you see this little picture of the earth?" he asked, pointing to it. "You want to tap on it, just like this," he said and demonstrated, causing the network to pop up on the screen. "This is the network where we can talk to each other no matter where we are on the island. You want to try it?"
