Peggy's day so far was going very well. The sun was shining, she had slept well The night before, and she was in a good mood. She took a shortcut up from the beach, where she had been swimming, as she headed for the community center. It took her past Peter's shelter so she thought she might say hello if he was there but at first glance it didn't look like he was there.
