Wedge was down at the waterfall bathing and Pepper had just finished feeding the baby, who was laying next to her on the bed staring wide eyed at the ceiling for there must be something fascinating up there. There were pillows on the one side to keep Chayse from falling out of bed should she suddenly roll over, but the almost three month old hadn't shown any inkling to do so yet. However, she did turn her head to the familiar voice that called through the door.
"Oh, hi! Come in." Pepper said, propping her head up on her elbow. "Yeah, we're decent. Chayse has just been fed and we're just lounging around until daddy comes back and then we're going for a walk to swim at the beach."
