I wish I'd been prepared for my eighteen year old daughter to randomly show up a couple of months after she was born.

I'm happy to announce the birth of our daughter. Pepper delivered her about two hours ago and both are doing well. I'm also happy to announce that I did not pass out even though I might possibly have thought about it.

It's quite the lovely Island you've got here, love what you've done with the... palm trees. Very free form. I suppose hoping for a fully stocked bar is asking too much. That's fine, we'll work on it.

In the mean time, I am Tony Stark, most of you probably know me. If you don't, you will. It's a pleasure to meet all of you, until it isn't, and then we'll work through it. Though I'm certain we'll all get along splendidly.

Rose suggested that those of us who can cook offer lessons to the people who can't and it got me thinking that we should probably figure out who has what skills to offer to the group. And then also maybe set up some sort of weekly lessons where we exchange knowledge. Learning new things is an important part of building a society.

I can cook and obviously I have medical skills. I'd definitely be willing to share both of those things with the group at large.

I don't like this normal healing crap. It was bad enough when I fractured my leg, but then I had a splint to remind me not to do too much. Now I'm just kind of laying around and I forget. Then I get up to do something and wow am I reminded.

Maria's water just broke. I'm heading over to the medical center now.

I stopped by the community center this morning to make some coffee and discovered another bounty from the gods. Apparently they want us to have some leisure activities because there were a number of books and board games.

We'll probably need to build some additional shelves in the center to store them. Right now, they're on the tables. I know that a few people were working on cabinets and shelves already, but I'm not sure if there is storage space for the new things.

This island is unlike anywhere I've ever been.

London has its fog, all of England its rain. New York its grit and grime. Crisp and chill in the Soviet Union. A different kind of lovely in Italy.

Here, however, I've never felt air so fresh and felt a more comfortable breeze. In this moment it feels a little like I've spent the last decade working up to now, when I can close my eyes, breathe in deeply, and take a moment (finally) for myself.

Soooo, once we plugged in one of the new chairs we discovered that it not only reclines so you can put your feet up, it also massages your back.

Hi, I'm Steve Rogers. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting somewhere quite so beautiful. Are there others here? A camp of some kind? I arrived near a waterfall and there are a few paths, so I thought I'd ask before guessing as to which one is correct.
