A hand-written letter, sealed in an envelope, is delivered via courier to the penthouse once shared by Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala. It is addressed to 'General Skywalker'.
AniAnakin Vader,
While I realize you clearly have very little regard for myself, or my feelings, even I never once believed you would do such a thing as this. You had no right to tell Leia that I was her mother. It was not your place to do so, nor was it knowledge I was ready for her to possess.
I do not require your assistance, nor do I even wish for it if it were needed. My husband is dead and you are but a foul reminder of the good man to whom I once gave my heart. I will not allow you to bring anymore harm to myself, Luke, or Leia.
You claim you love me still. If that is true, if it is not one of your insipid lies meant to cause me even greater pain than you already have, stay away from myself and my children.
I am saying this but once. Do not force me to say it again. I fear neither of us will like the outcome should that happen.
