Well that was new. Mitchell watched with a form of detached interest as the homeless guy's face changed. Not the first time he'd seen a transformation that extreme, time with Wolfram and Hart had seen to that. But the confusion the guy was showing was almost amusing.
"I have no idea," he drawled, his Irish accent tinged with a droll humour. "Never seen anything like you before, mate. But whatever you are, you're not human."
If he had been expecting sympathy or compassion, then he was talking to the wrong vampire. Mitchell had no time for anything like that. All he was caring about was if this was someone he could use or maybe exploit in some way.
