After a while of her kicking everyones ass, it was just that. Her kicking everyones ass. Same thing as the last time. Fair enough. Glancing over at the current fight, it wasn't hard to tell who was going to win and who wasn't. And it wasn't interesting. She didn't need to see more fighting than what she already did.
Was she really that easy to read? Buffy could usually do a pretty good job of lying when she had to. Maybe the Xander and Willow from her world could figure it out, but usually that was it. Shaking her head, she sighed. "I think I became far to use to people not being able to." none of the girls every second guessed, ever questioned. At least not any of the general slayers.
"If she was running why would she run straight to a Slayer Cell?" that wasn't the way she saw it. "Harmony's not that smart anyway. She's going because it will boost her own popularity." and make life that much harder for the cell there. You can't do anything, Buffy. No, she couldn't, and that was what got to her. Pissed her off more than anything. For once someone strong enough was actually fucking with her to a point she could literally do nothing.
He was right, to a point. Giles, Willow, Robin, they were all out there. The Slayers from the original squad. All the new ones. She still didn't like it. Taking another drink, she set it down on the table, looking down at the liquid. "You're right." she said flatly. "I can't do anything. I started something, and now I can't do anything about it." Someone was controlling her, and she couldn't hit back. That never sat well with her.
Arching an eyebrow, she looked over at Spike. "You've been hanging out with Faith way too much." she mused.
