Team – Faith, Dean, John & f!Ben, rescuing Sam!
Dean's voice had joined in with Faith's, which meant that she had not charged into the building half-assed and alone. They were here to rescue him. Both him and Jacen. Could they manage if Eve started calling in more people to fight back? Did they even stand a chance at getting out of here when that bitch was around? He knew one thing - the longer it took for them to get him out of there, the more likely it would be that they'd end up getting caught into a situation that he would prefer to never see. If it was just Faith and Dean, they'd be screwed to high hell. But if they had rounded up a good defensive team - which Sam knew that they must have done, he had his family and the Hyperion usually worked with Faith and Jacen - then they could get out of here before things went from bad to worse. As soon as he was untied. And as soon as they got hold of Jacen.
"I'm in here! Over here!" He had to keep up the noise. Faith and Dean had to know where to look. They couldn't waste time. "Come on! I'm in -" The door flew down, skidding onto the ground. In it's place stood Faith and a massive rush of relief flooded through him. Thank God.
"Doesn't matter, I'm okay," Sam said in response to Faith's question, the tension in his shoulders easing up a little as she began cutting the ropes at his wrists. As soon as he felt them give in, he pulled his arms around from the back of the chair, marveling in how stiff and sore they felt after being pinned back for so long. "We've gotta..." He paused, halfway to standing when he realized that he probably didn't look all that fantastic considering the blood that was all over him.
"I didn't drink it." He turned to look at Faith, expression going from relieved to worried in less than half a second. "I swear, I didn't." If she saw the blood, she'd think that he had. That he had given in and then she and the others would...what would they do? Sam didn't really want to think about the possibilities.
