Dammit. Kriffing dammit. Crying in front of Ben had not at all been the plan, she'd even been making a vauge attempt to stop the tears when he'd pulled her into his arms. And that had just made her cry more. This wasn't like her, Allana was in so very many ways her mothers daughter and didn't like to cry in front of anyone. It made you look weak, vulnrable, unable to cope. And acting like that in front of Ben
But he was holding her. And she decided very simply that she liked when he held her.
"I'm sorry, I'm being an idiot, we have work to do" she managed to get out between sobs. She'd have to calm down, she'd just have to. But then he'd have to let her go.
Maybe they could just sit here like this, just for a little while, just for a minute or two.
"We need to find him, and Sam. Who knows what that bitch wants from them?"
She wasn't going to voice her suspicions as to what. It wasn't the time and this wasn't even their time. This had to be bad for the various timelines, it just somehow had to be. But she couldn't care. Not right now. Now she was focused on finding her father.
