He watched Cas and shook his head with amusement that never fully left and probably wouldn't until the show was done. Angel on the radio. Angel in his room. A long time ago he might have bothered him with questions about heaven, if his mom was there. If she was happy with the things he was doing. She'd died when he was just a baby. He never really had a chance to know her. But he didn't, not yet anyways. Waiting until the music was playing, which gave him time to think about how to word his answer, he gave a casual shrug.
"It's kind of a complicated mess." Virgil stood as he stretched and watched as the music finished uploading fully at his computer. Funny how different things were now. Back in the day he would have never volunteered for this project, insisting that super hero secret identities were the most important part of having control over double lives. Now he was leaping at things. He'd grown up. He could handle himself, and his abilities. Usually. When they didn't involve nuking food. He still hadn't fully wrapped his head around how long to electrically fry a hot pocket, or pizza dough. Pizza dough had been a disaster..on the ceiling, in his hair. That was a sticky, messy day. "Lets just say, this isn't my first trip on the crazy time warp." Pause as Cas suggested phone calls and Virgil used a small streamline of electricity to tap into a landline phone. "Look at you, being all natural radio dude."
