Her jaw dropped. Perhaps to his surprise, Cordy wasn't at all chagrined or humiliated by her own behavior-- she was simply shocked. "No." The body doubles, she had heard of, though this was the first personal contact she'd had with any of them. A scowl appeared on her face, though this time it wasn't directed at him. "Lindsey has a twin?!"
The Powers That Be had all lost their damn minds. There was no other explanation. Unless this guy was evil, too, in which case, the Senior Partners had lost their damn minds. It was incredibly difficult to look at the face that belonged to Lindsey McDonald, even if it didn't technically belong to Lindsey McDonald, and see an innocent.
"Look, I'm sorry," she told him, waving a hand in front of her body in gesture. "I thought you were someone else. You look a lot like this guy I can't stand." The explanation was abrupt, but accurate, the apology genuine. Had the situation been reversed, Cordy was pretty positive she wouldn't appreciate being treated like dirt due to a case of mistaken identity.
