Now it made sense. He still wasn't happy with someone else taking shit out on him when he had nothing to do with it in the first place, but at least he knew it wasn't anything he'd started. Annoyed as he was, he found the look she was giving him amusing. She thought she had it right and it was the opposite.
Eliot picked up the bag that held his order. "I agree," he replied, giving the self-satisfied smile back to her as good as she was giving him. He paused beside her. "Just one thing. It's Spencer, not McDonald." His final piece said, he gave her a grin and headed for the doors. As soon as his back was to her, the grin faded and he rolled his eyes.
