Again she nodded, she'd heard this before, though never from anyone there. "I heard there was a dragon." she asked, making it half a question as she arched an eyebrow. Though there had to be some LA left, because Harmony was there wrapping the human race around her finger with the 'undead sweetheart' crap that she still wanted to punch the blonde for. "It's definitely...different without you there. Harmony is running loose on TV." she said with a shake of her head. "It's the same here. She's got her own TV show." what could she say to make this less awkward? Nothing. Sometimes it was awkward to see him, sometimes she ended up basking. Apparently this was an awkward time.
When he reached forward, she half thought she was going to get a hug, then she got a hand on the shoulder.
With any luck the let down wasn't completely obvious on her face. She glanced down at his hand, and smiled sadly. Raising her own hand, she reached up and placed it on his, squeezing in slightly. "You too." He had no idea. "You missed the party though." she said, her lips tugging into a bit of a smirk. "The Scourge was just here. You know, usually your timing is a lot more bang on." she said lightly, with a half tease, trying to lighten the mood.
If he was from another world, they were both stuck here, and she didn't want things awkward.
