Mistrust. Mistrust was all that was running through Hunter's mind right now. Along with confusion and a little bit of fear and relief. He wasn't sure if he should trust Morgan, or feel extremely glad that she was here and practising magick that didn't involve waving wands around and blowing up vampires with bright light. Something was definitely wrong here. She was confused, not angry. He was sure that the emotion on her face was confusion, not complete digust or anger.
Hunter couldn't help but feel impressed by her power. It was so raw, so strong. She could turn around and kill him at any moment if she really felt the desire to. He knew that she didn't exactly know that, but he doubted she had missed his lack of magick use. He watched the vampires run off down the street as well, picturing himself running off with them. Anything would be better than facing Morgan Rowlands. He didn't have anything on him. Not even a braigh if matters got completely out of hand.
He returned a cool glance. It wasn't mean or disrespectful, it was just cool. "Definitely not of free will.." he replied slowly and smoothly with a light shrug. "You think so, do you? I thought it was actually quite bright and happy." he murmured sarcasticly, his gaze flickering back over to her when he felt her eyes on him. He had indeed picked up on a slight hint of fear? and perhaps something else. His eyes widened slightly out of curiosity. He didn't know what to say, what to do. Instead, he stood before her, fearing that she would set fire to him as well.
