Sam sighed, dropping the attitude as he let his arms fall down and he gripped the bar behind him instead.
"She fired her gun in the Hyperion," he muttered. Well of course she had. If she'd seen him she would have fired no matter where she was, though why she was even at the Hyperion in the first place, he couldn't tell.
"No one was hurt," it was a statement more than a question. If someone had been, he'd have heard about it by now. And besides, he knew how good his partner was. She didn't do stray bullets.
"It would be best if they never had any contact with each other, but you know, this city really isn't that big," he spread his hands in a clear 'what can you do?' gesture. "What exactly would you have me do? You know as well as I do how stubborn she can be."
