But Ruby was still alive, something that still grated with Faith. Still alive and the longer she stayed that way, the longer she had to try and weasel her way back out, and back into Sam's life, try to twist him again. And she knew what addiction did, sometimes the temptation was just too much. Especially when that temptation came in the form of a brunette damn good at manipulating.
"I can handle it," she looked up at him, her gaze determined. Like ripping off a band aid, best to get it all done at once. Besides, she figured it would be easier than getting happy again and then get some blow, probably from the demon bitch.
She slowly slid down the wall until she was sitting on the floor, her knees drawn up as she kept looking up at him.
"How did it work?" Her mouth suddenly felt dry as she licked her lips quickly. "I mean did you bite her? Or cut her? Or..." The image of Sam with his mouth over Ruby's neck like a vampire came to mind, Ruby probably loving every second of it, before she forced it out. "And where did you do it, I never saw any blood spills or anything at the house." Pushed up against the wall of some motel, or falling on the bed. Faith closed her eyes a moment before she could feel at least faking calm.
"And what did you do, when you were high? I mean, can you remember it or is it just some blank?"
