Castiel paused at the door, looking at the ground for a moment.
"I don't know what to believe any more."
He'd trusted her so completely, believed in her claims of loving him. But all the while she'd been worshiping his brother, something she'd once lied to his face about. How many other times had she looked him in the eye and deceived him? Would he ever even know?
"We'll speak again later."
Once he'd had some time to calm down, to quieten his mind and regained some peace. Angels didn't require sleep, but it would help in this case, a meditation so deep it would be like sleep. Castiel just hoped it would help provide him with the perspective he needed to get answers.
