Castiel didn't doubt that Ben had had probably a very good plan when he came over, including sneaking back before anyone noticed. He did have to admire the ingenuity of it. Still, he smiled faintly as he looked at Ben.
"Your Dad will be waking up soon." If he hadn't already. Castiel had only put him in a light sleep, something he truly wished he hadn't had to do. The regret was clear in his voice, and later he would actually apologize for it to Dean himself. "They'll be pretty worried about you. Do you want me to take you home or contact them to pick you up?"
Ruby was secure. Beyond secure actually, in some of the tightest traps the angel had ever drawn. She could handle being left for a little while, if it meant making sure Ben was home safely. Castiel followed Ben's gaze a moment, glancing over his shoulder at the apartment.
"She's in there. She can hear you. I don't know what she's making of it all yet, but she can hear you from here."
