He swore under his breath and felt oddly thankful for the light pole being where it was, for Nate's sake. "You can say that again. I'd have to explain to the rest of them how you got run over in an alternate version of Los Angeles because higher powers chose you to have a spat with." That didn't sound any less ridiculous than the first time he'd heard it.
Eliot frowned at the mention of his 'twin'. Great. Nate "Survival instincts. Working harder to pick up the details the missing sense would usually cover." He shrugged.
