Faith had turned a glare on Spike as he mentioned axes. As much as she trusted him, him and sharp things near her, right after she'd kinda slit his throat, really not happening.
"Think I'll stick with the key," she muttered, rolling her eyes slightly as she wandered in the direction Buffy had semi-pointed, noticing the blessed key immediately. After removing her own chains, she headed back to Buffy to unlock hers, shaking her head as she walked to cause her hair to swing about, the glamor slowly dissolving to go back to her natural color. Buffy had known who she was. Who both of them were. The real deal was back.
"Sounds like you got one of those alternate universe switcheros," she commented, feigning lightness at the comment. "Like that vamp me running around. She's dust by the way."
The key clicked into place and finally she got the chains off her sister Slayer.
"I can do you one better than hospital, come back to the hotel and we can get you some super blood. Fixes you right up, promise. Then some junk food may be in order before you get some rest."
