A few weeks, she'd been pulled out of the game a few WEEKS and he was questioning, wishing things were different. If it wasn't for Castiel she'd have a stronger hold on Sam that she did, but he made her think differently.
Azazel and Lilith would have said weak.
She wanted to scream at him, tell him he was a moron for even considering that this should stop, that he was just as weak as they said she was. She wanted to drag him kicking and screaming back to their world somehow, push him in front of Lilith and finish it. But of course she couldn't. Because maybe it was true. Maybe she was weak. But she was still the only hope Lucifer had of walking free. So when she spoke her tone was firm, but as honest as she could make it though every word was a lie.
"Its making you strong...sure, right now it hurts when you don't have it, but that'll pass, just like the headaches, remember the headaches. Stopping now, when you're this close to the end, it'd be stupid. It'd be really stupid Sam, just...just stick with me on this, trust me. You promised me, you promised that you trusted me, and now...what you just want to walk away from all that power you have, You could change the world Sammy, any world. But you just need to trust"
She kept up the flow of blood, eyes finding his.
"You see what I do for you. All this, would I do that if I wasn't certain of you, If I didn't know for a fact that you were something special. Something good. Back home, I fought off so many attacks, and here...here Alastair tortured me because I'm some kind of 'traitor to hell'. I give you my blood Sam, and that means something doesn't it. Least it does to me"
