Who: Ruby and Sam Winchester What: These two, after a week of twitchy Sam. One guess Where: One of their usual meeting spots, a park When: Early Hours of the 16th Rating: High for their usual blood shenannigins Status: In Progress
She'd made another stop before reaching the park, a liquer store, not to buy alcohol of course, but something simple, a cheap hip flask, Sam would never be left like that again, needing her blood with her not there to provide it, she logically should have thought of this before, but back home it would have been easier to let him stew, here she found she didn't want to.
She'd have him hold her arm, cut it and once he'd had his fill she'd make sure he was gonna be okay in the future.
Not that there was much longer to go.
She'd do this, do it quick and then drop the hex bag, let Castiel know she was back, pretend she'd just arrived, tell Sam to keep her secret. It would be fine, it would all work out, and things, like she told Sam, were gonna be better from here on out.
She knew now that the Senior Partners controlled the ability to cross dimensions. She'd offer them anything, anything at all to get her and Sammy home, to get them to where they needed to be, where he needed to be. She crossed into the park and walked the now familiar route to the tree they'd long decided to be a good meeting place. She was a little late, but that was okay.
