"I suppose so." She replied lightly and watched him stand, almost instantly her mind went on the defensive. If only because that was a Vida trait. Defend and protect yourself, as well as those that you can. She looked at him and remained quiet for a moment, tilting her head off to one side with a soft laugh. "Mmm, so you'd have been able to cook his grits without me. But old habits die hard, I suppose." Sarah had been hunting vampires her entire life, since she could remember. It was the only thing in life that she knew for sure that she was able to do, besides draw. A gift that the old vampire bloodline that she had, once, been apart of had given her, before she was human, and she could still do it. Yes, it did sound as if he were fighting them most of his life and she scanned him, she had not heard of him on the hunter's downlow..interesting.
When he turned, a soft sound left her lips at his eyes. It was more a sound of shock, not fear. Possibly worry, was he blind and he'd fought those things? She moved forward, closer to him and moved her hand up in front of his face and back down. She felt slightly odd doing it, but she wanted to see if her assumption was correct. Quietly, she asked. "Are you blind? I don't mean offense, but..if you are, it is very interesting that you can hunt vampires while having no sight."
