Damien had never given blood before. Never in his life. For one thing, it wasn't natural. He had a different cell structure than anyone else. A doctor once analyzed his DNA and it came out to reveal genes of a jackal and not a human boy. The man was found later in an elevator, dead, where the hot cable had malfunctioned and cut him in half. There was no explanation. And as for vampires... well, he was not interested, there were none that caught his interest. There was Valek, who he had shared his time with, and oh yes, it was certainly gratifying. But no feeding. He didn't want to become immortal yet.
But this would be a first time for him. Faith had informed him of his scent. Peppery, with a hint that he was rich.. and spicy. He wondered if that was his essence, his spirit.. or if it was his actual blood. He hoped to find out tonight. He'd hear from her if it was just like that. Not necessarily, did he have to hear it in words, but maybe audible reactions to it. He wondered if it would have any additional effects to her, or if would be just taste and sustenance alone. Also, he supposed the white hats should be grateful. She was going to feed off a willing subject rather than kill some helpless stranger that no one would truly miss anyway.
He sat in his room, wearing just silk pants, and a short-sleeved black shirt. That probably would not be worn for long. Depending on where the vampire Slayer.. that was ironic in itself, and probably had bonuses of its own... had decided to feed from. Could be from his wrist. Or it could be from his neck, which probably felt better on his end than any other part. He had heard that this procedure was intoxicating and euphoric not just for the vampires... but for the giver as well. He didn't really know. But he would find out soon enough...
