Buffy bounded into the area Anya was occupying, holding a bag of cheese popcorn. She halted when she saw Anya sitting, surrounding by very thick books. Mid-chew she mumbled, "Oh, hey there." Embarrassed, she swallowed and then looked around. No one else was there. "No Sarah yet, huh?" Buffy inquired, noting she hadn't ever actually met the woman personally. It would be kind of a thrill.
Offering the open bag of neon-orange snack food towards Anya, the Buffster bounced herself down onto a seat. While Buffy wasn't one for the books, she always liked to lend a hand - even if it was just moral support. This stuff was falling to Anya, which maybe wasn't fair. Anya had never used to love research as much as say, Giles, had. Of course, Giles wasn't here.
