She watched as the head rolled toward her the pride in what she had created in him still visible. The best and brightest, just like Azazel had always wanted in the surrvivor. And the fact that it was Sam Winchester, well that just made it all the better. Sam deserved all this, deserved to be special, deserved to be strong. Ruby knew that completely.
He tossed her the money he'd found and she grabbed it amused, no sense in it being wasted, not when she could and would use it. And he was caring less about what he was doing beyond that, things that really did go against that gentle nature of his, but they were all so needed for him to become what she believed he could, what Azazel had wanted for him all along. What he needed to be.
He informed her then that there was another person hiding in the back. Two humans, two people for her to possess and rip away memories from, really there was no pleasent way to do what she needed to, but she didn't much care, the humans that had come here were idiots, two idiots in the very wrong place at the very wrong time. She would deal with them soon, before they left the place. But right now she wanted to watch what he decided to do to the demons that had elected to fight with them, she wasn't disappointed in the end, beer bottle to the skull wasn't entirely unexepected, nor was the reaction of the other one.
"What are you doing man?...we helped you?? We want to, I...want to join you!"
Ruby smiled sardonicly leaning back against the bar looking back at the body of the dead barman, she'd had fun with him before she'd killed him, taken the time to do it properly, slowly, or as slow as she could make it in here, he'd bled out.
"Join us huh? Just who exactly do you think we are that we'd want you?"
