Monopoly was a controversial game. Not in the way that it would ever make the papers for being politically incorrect or could be held responsible for what was wrong with the world today (though Adam would have loved to have seen someone try to blame the missing sunlight on Monopoly just for kicks.) No, it had it's controversial moment in the sunlight in the ongoing debate as to whether the game was fun or just a frustrating pain the ass. Cards, paper money, roll the die, buy a property, built a plastic house.
Yet after the graffiti board post Scout had made, Adam remembered seeing the game in a cardboard box in the Hyperion's storage and had retreived the old box. Waving away the dust after opening, he pulled out the board, wrinkling his nose at the musty smell. "That's attractive..."
