"Maybe you should consider taking some sort of medicine for that," Sam suggested, distractedly prying some of the sugar packets away from the small container next to them. He unloaded a little bit of the sugar into his tea and stirred at it. Not too much sugar. He wasn't like Dean, who liked to overload everything. This was just right. "Something to make the sleeping thing easier on you." Sam didn't really know of anything himself. The only remedy that he had for the nightmares that kept him awake at night was found when he had Faith in his arms. Nothing else really seemed to work for him.
"Sky? You wanna talk about that?" Sam leaned forward, eyes looking out to meet Jack's own. He was always willing to hear him out and offer any advice or words of comfort if they were needed.
