Admittedly, part of Zuko was disappointed that the waterbender had backed down, that she hadn't killed the professor, who now lay on the ground panting and shivering with that same twisted grin plastered to his lips. The prince sneered at him as he followed Katara and Cordy's lead, meeting her blue eyes when she looked back at him.
It was odd, being looked upon with that level of concern. No one, besides Fire Lady Ursa, had ever looked at him like that. ...no, that wasn't true. His uncle had done it a few times and that girl, Song, had done so as well. But with the later two, he'd retaliated with glares and a sharp tongue. With his mother, and now with Katara, he merely smiled reassuringly, softly, to show that he was alright.
