She nodded in sympathy. "I remember that. The teachers give you so much to read that even thinking about reading something else that isn't required seems like a chore no matter how much you love reading." She noted with a small amount of satisfaction that even though rambled, that sentence kept to the point the entire time. Wesley would've approved.
"I'm not either. On the nights where there's a whole lot of quiet, I even turn in early sometimes." She grinned. "It's all those apocalypses to avert, y'know?" she joked before realizing that the apocalypse might not have been as funny to others as it was to her, only because she had been through more than a few herself.
"So being here isn't much of a vacation from danger, is it?"
