It was unfair. Sam had completely intended to put up a good fight on this, to be stern enough to actually stick to his guns long enough to at least get the first couple verses of the ritual down. Instead, he found himself wondering why he'd actually believed for even half a second that he was going to be able to have any willpower to resist against her in the first place. It was damn near impossible. Faith, it seemed, had another ability outside of the Slayer strength and agility. She was able to make him melt without even trying. Unfair.
"Mmm." He felt different. Relaxed. Excited. Relaxed and excited at the same time. How that was possible, Sam couldn't say, but it certainly was right here and now. His shoulders, strained as they had been, slowly began to lose a bit of the tension that had been there only moments before. Faith was good at the massaging thing. Really, really good at it. "You know how I feel about the handcuffs," he teased, pushing a hand up to brush against the side of her face. Sam dragged a thumb across her cheek before he lifted his chin and delivered a kiss of his own to her mouth, grinning slightly with the action. "I guess I'll have to start cheating too. Just to make things fair."
