Finding and then taking down Azula had been relatively easy and efficient. Jacen was gaining new appreciations for the methods of this world every day. But still he knew that when it came to actually getting the information, his way would probably be the best.
The Fire Princess was awake and shouting, but Jacen didn't bother to respond, not yet. Instead he turned to the various people gathered with him, speaking in a low tone to avoid anyone else overhearing.
"What do you want to do?"
This was mostly for the family of Sam Winchester, since it was arguable that they had the biggest claim over how to handle this situation. On the other hand it could equally be said that the people of the Hyperion were family to each other. But this wasn't the time or the place for such disputes.
"I have methods of getting the information," he stated for the record. "They won't leave a mark on her but could get distinctly unpleasant for her if she resists."
Which she would. But that was her responsibility, not his. Vergere had once helped him understand that there was no Dark Side or Light Side, not in the way most thought. The techniques themselves were not inherently dark themselves, it was the way they were used and the intention behind them that made them that way. He wasn't about to use them casually, for the fun of it, but to rescue two people.
So he kept his head held high and met the gaze of anyone who looked at him, even Tenel Ka who had seen how far he could go with his powers before. What he would do would leave the Princess screaming, possibly even irreversibly damaged, but it would get the job done.
