She tensed slightly when he came to sat next to her, not from the proximity, but from the serious look on his face, one which she almost expected to be followed with majorly bad news. But as much as part of her wanted to run, she found herself drawn to stay, meeting his gaze.
And blushing hugely when he said that.
"What? I mean, I never said that, who said I said that, I so don't think, I mean it's none of my business if you are or anything." Babbling with a bruised jaw hurt more than she'd expected really.
"You're both adults, she really really is so whatever you do it's not really anything to do with me right."
It took a while, but what he actually said finally sunk in and she met his gaze again, unable to hide the flash of relief tinged with hope. "You're not?"
