Heidi grinned. If Claire had been trying to sneak in practices in the training room, she really did want this. Heidi didn't believe that this was only about learning to fight better for a minute, this was about doing something that Claire both wanted and needed...and Heidi was fully behind it.
"You deserve to have something like this." She said, pride clear in her voice. "And I think you're going to make a wonderful cheerleader. I only wish I could be of more help. When I was your age I was a complete tomboy. I worked in my Dad's hardware store, I only wore jeans and t-shirts, and I didn't believe in makeup. I was pretty much the opposite of a cheerleader." The corners of Heidi's lips turned up. "Maybe you can show me how to do one of those acrobatic moves someday."
