Who: Alema Rar and Serra Keto
What: A night out on the town!
When: Night of April 17th
Where: A bar, to start with.
Rating: TBD
Status: In progress.
Serra arrived at the address Alema Rar had given her, and stood outside the bar. She had come in one of her better blouses, along with a pair of jeans. She hoped that was suitable for the occasion. She hadn't ever gone to the bars on Coruscant in any formal wear; her Jedi uniform was the standard for that, and no one paid it any mind. It wasn't uncommon to see Jedi in places where they technically shouldn't be, or at least it was before the war kept them all occupied commanding the clone troops against the Separatists. She was looking forward to a night out on the town; to see what things a Twi'lek Jedi could show her.
She wanted to go to an amusement park. But Alema had other ideas. So this was it. She didn't mind. She could do that on her own, or with that Scorpius boy she had talked with. Besides, it had been far too long since she let herself relax and cut loose. The missions lately had been grueling, and then finding herself here really threw her brain for a curve. There was that fun experience on St. Patrick's Day, but that wasn't the same. She had been nervous about being in an Earth place of drinking, and nervous about blending in with others. Faith was nice to her, and the liquor had helped her relax, but she was too nervous to truly let herself cut loose like she would have done on Coruscant. She had grown accustomed to this place in the past few weeks though, so now she could truly see what delights Earth had to offer in regards to more adult nightlife.
Not to mention, she was interested in learning about the other Jedi. She supposed that technically, she could just look up the information online, with this world's unique take on them, but that wasn't the same. Other people's accounts couldn't compare to hearing it from the real thing. Especially considering that according to Tenel Ka and Alema herself, their time was limited. She wanted to get to know Twi'lek Jedi before she went insane again, if that really would happen again as they said. She had the feeling Jacen wouldn't hesitate to take her down if Alema started showing semi-psychotic tendencies.
She felt a familiar presence nearby, and was relieved to see Alema Rar arrive. She went up to greet the blue-skinned Twi'lek. "Well, here I am - out for a night on the town just as we agreed on," she smiled at Alema Rar. "No lightsabers," she added discreetly, low enough for only Alema to hear.
