"Even if it's more, it's still about the sex too," Claire said, clearly disgusted, but also sounding firm about it. "The way she was talking, it made it sound like she thought it was the best way to get trust, and to a demon from their world, it all leads back to control. She's using it like a tool, and the way Sam's acting lately? It just seems to scream that they're screwing."
Sliding onto her chair and handing Faith a glass, she pulled a face. "Maybe the witchy powers are in the sex, every time they get it on, he's sucked in more." It sounded like something she'd read in one of the many books at the Winchesters, but what, she didn't know.
"I mean, did everybody forget how much he wanted her gone back when the Pits were around?" she questioned, pouring a drink for herself from the bottle of vodka, then downing part of it. Whiskey might be more effective, but even after all these months being friends with Dean Winchester, she still wasn't past the hard stuff being more appealing than beer, but still much less fun to drink than the stuff without a flavour. "Then his powers came back and they start back to being buddies."
She frowned, draining the rest before reaching for the bottle with a dark look. "I don't know, maybe he's using her too. Maybe he wants all she's offering." After filling her glass to the top, she set the bottle down with a small, unhappy growl. "I don't want that to be true. He's Sam. He's supposed to be smarter than that."
