It was only because Claire was watching Faith so carefully, both because of the conversation's seriousness and because of Faith's behaviour, that she was picking up on the littler things, like the hesitations and the brief moments of distance and the control. But the more pressing thing was the idea that Faith was seeing her side. Maybe not the sex/relationship part, but at least that things weren't right.
"It's not like we can just say it to whoever we want. We say to Dean or John or Bobby that we both think she's a danger? I don't think they'd hesitate to get rid of her because I think they'd just trust us."
Actually, she knew Dean would listen to her and he would go shoot Ruby, which was why she knew she had to be careful about this. She wasn't ready to have Ruby's death on her head because it would likely split Sam away from the shooter and Ben would be devastated.
"I guess we need to figure out why she wants him to herself. Is it just about being in obsessive love with him? Does she want him for his abilities? Is it something else?" Rubbing at her forehead, Claire sighed. "And is she doing something to Sam to get him to fall in line? I mean, look at all the witchy skills she has. What if she's magically brainwashing him?"
