"Well they're already glaring, but then so is everyone. They're worried. They're not sure why we're here or who we're here for. How does it feel? That reputation. Do you know how few Hunters could get that kind of rep this quick. Exactly none. Just you"
Conflict. Yeah it was likely there would be that. A lot of that as it happened. And to her it was no bad thing. Conflict meant more of a chance for Sam to show what he was capable of, and if it got too much she'd step in. She'd make sure it ended in his favour. But she had confidance that either way he'd leave this feeling a little better about himself.
But still. Still he was asking about Castiel. And she had to be honest with him about just how little the angel knew.
"He doesn't know what I asked. Not a clue. He wouldn't understand it. He knows I'm training you, he knows you're important to me. Beyond that...why should he know. He has his secrets from me just as much."
No she didn't sneak around as much as Sam, she avoided the truth, or lied, or in Castiel's case used her other, not small skills in temptation to take his mind off his worries about her and Sam. Castiel knew she loved him, otherwise things would have blown up in their faces months ago. This, everything with Sam. Castiel had known when he decided to be with her what her priority was. Now with Sam right there, on the line to becoming what he was supposed to be, so now her focus had to be where it was.
