Angela had been more than reluctant to let her grandsons go, almost afraid that this was one of the cruelest sorts of her dreams that started out so blissful and positive only to dissolve into sheer chaos and destruction. But they were real, as real as they had ever been as she clung to them both, tears rimming her eyes mixed with amusement at the childish bickering that warmed her while at the same time making it hurt that much more.
She had lost so much back where she had been. They all had.
The next words that rung in her hearing "go find your mother" caused another startle in her as she looked up at Nathan as the other three left and she pushed herself to her feet, looking like she was about to crumble at any second.
