He pulled open the door and held it for Cathy to go through first before he followed her inside. The store was moderately busy, people milling about on their own lunch breaks and days off, looking through music and inspecting the instruments on display. He let the door shut and glanced at Cathy.
"You know it's never too late to learn new tricks," he said, reaching out to gently tap her arm before he passed her, smiling lazily. "Not that you can't do plenty already." With a nod to the man behind the counter, he headed deeper into the store, searching for the replacement strings.
