"Bunch of stubborn masculine shite," Tonks answered with a definitive nod before her features softened slightly and she looked more than a tiny bit sheepish. "Though, I reckon I should give him a chance to actually react instead of... well, all this. Could be he's learned."
She had more faith in her husband than she let on, or at least she liked to act as such. There was always that slight fear in the back of her mind. A niggling fear that the same thing would happen again and she and Remus would be yelling at each other, trying to convince one another that they were right about where the relationship stood.
It just took one incident like this--
