Heather glanced down at the wand and nodded. "Okay. But if you do need anything... What about a drink? I can get you a drink. Maybe coffee?" She was already pushing herself up to her feet and making her way towards the kitchen, where she could still be both seen and heard.
As she listened to Tonks, Heather could feel herself growing anxious as well, for multiple reasons. Tonks was a friend, for one, and she didn't want to see anything happen to her that would make her so upset. But then there was the fact that behind Tonks' words, there was a hidden message that she caught onto that sounded all too familiar, and for her, it hadn't ended well. Remus was going to be so afraid of it happening again, that he would take off. She didn't want to see that happen.
"But it can get better again," she said, taking out the necessary items for coffee. She could use the caffeine right now even if it wasn't the best option. It had been a while, and she didn't expect to drink a whole pot herself. "It's just...going to take time. No one got hurt, he's confined. And now he knows the truth. It'll be okay."
