Logan furrowed his brows, not really sure what she was going to say and then stopped. Marie had never been one to keep something from him. But then again, this could be a different Marie altogether and she had grown up. Damn he hoped it wasn't like Jean had said and the girl had a crush on him. That was awkwardness he really didn't need.
"Bits 'n pieces, here and there. Like daydreams. But, I know they're real." Selene knew them, hell she saw them. Logan caught that look on Selene's face and wished he hadn't said anything. He may of been married in the past. But it was a past that he couldn't remember much of. So to him, this was very much his first time.
"I'll take you shoppin' tomorrow. Gotta pick up a few things anyway." He glanced over at Selene, she was dying to know what he was working on and he wasn't giving her the first clue."
Logan gave a low whistle and the dog bounded over to him. He tossed her a piece of meat and ignored the scathing look from Selene. She'd been on him that the dog shouldn't have human food. He didn't see the harm on occasionally.
He watched her eat that entire sandwich. Logan wasn't sure why, but watching her virtually attacking human food amused him.
